Community guidelines
Grove Network works because people are real with each other.
These guidelines apply to every profile, Need, note, and Vouch posted on Grove Network. Effective date: September 18, 2026.
Be real
Use your real name, your own business, and your own experience. Don't impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business. Your profile, Needs, and Vouches should reflect who you actually are and what you've actually done.
No spam or solicitation blasts
Grove Network exists for genuine referral activity between members of a Grove, not for mass advertising. Don't use Needs, notes, Vouches, or any other part of the product to send unsolicited advertising, cold-pitch unrelated products or services, or blast the same message to members who didn't ask for it.
No harassment
Don't post false, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive content toward another member or anyone referenced in your activity on Grove Network. Disagreements happen — harassment isn't a way to handle them here.
Keep referrals honest
A referral or introduction should reflect a real relationship or real information. Don't submit another person's personal information without their permission, and don't send a referral or Vouch you know to be false or exaggerated. Vouches exist because they're backed by real work together — treat them that way.
What happens if you don't
Use the "Report" control on a profile, Need, Vouch, or Introduction to flag content or behavior that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service. A Grove Network moderator reviews every report — we aim to review reports within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, a moderator can remove the content, suspend the member's account, or both; a suspended member is signed out and can't sign back in. If your account is suspended and you believe it was a mistake, email dev@codedatda.casa to appeal.
Zero tolerance
Grove Network has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content or conduct involving harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, or exploitation of any member results in content removal and account suspension, regardless of how the report reaches us.
